• Feedback you provide inside the app

• General information that helps us understand whether FindTIME is useful, clear, and trustworthy

FindTIME may ask for optional permissions to help recognize better moments and explain why a suggestion fits now.

These may include permissions such as notifications, calendar access, or location-based access.

You choose what FindTIME can use. These permissions are optional, and you can change them through your device settings.

FindTIME uses permitted context for one purpose: to help recognize better moments and improve the timing, relevance, and clarity of the experience.

We use the information we collect to:

• Review pilot applications

• Communicate with applicants and pilot users

• Provide and improve the FindTIME experience

• Understand how users interact with open time, planned moments, and timely suggestions

• Learn what feels useful, confusing, respectful, or intrusive

• Improve product design, onboarding, trust language, and pilot readiness

• Respond to questions, feedback, or support requests

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We may share limited information only when necessary to operate, improve, or protect FindTIME, such as with trusted service providers who help us host the website, collect form submissions, communicate with applicants, analyze pilot feedback, or operate the app.

If you participate in the app pilot, you can manage device permissions such as notifications, calendar access, or location access through your iPhone settings.

FindTIME is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
